Buyer reviewRobert Rizza was great to work with. He was very proactive in helping me find properties. The home I wound up buying was one that he had found for me and recommended I look at. He was always easy to get a hold of by phone, text, or e-mail. He was able to recommend a great attorney and great home inspector as well, which was a big help. He made buying my first home a much easier and smoother experience than I had anticipated. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Seller reviewBefore I put my house up for sale I was just looking ,but ended up buying the second place he showed me. He checked to find out my requirements. I then signed to sell my house ,and it sold the first day. I trust that Bob knew what I wanted and evidently what a buyer was interested in . Obviously I am a satisfied customer . Two thumbs up to Bob! I have mention him in conversations with other old friends thinking about downsizing. He finds out your needs so you are not looking at properties that do not fit your needs.

I've heard so many horror stories that had me feeling nervous to start, but as soon as I worked with Bob my nerves faded and I felt very confident. He made sure that I knew what I wanted and made sure all of our ducks were in a row prior to "shopping" for my new home. By doing this, we had very little stress and the entire process went very smoothly.
