Seller reviewRobert is exemplary in the following qualties: 1-Mr. Marx listens carefully to the customer's needs. 2- Mr. Marx respectfully offers advice to the customer without being pushy in any way. 3- Mr. Marx goes out of is way to make the customer happy. 4- Mr. Marx knows what he is doing and does a great job applying his knowledge in every transaction he performs for customers. 5- I have dealt with realtors before meeting Mr. Marx. Mr. Marx is the only realtor that I know who does not put his own interest/commision first. Mr. Marx puts customer satisfaction first and his passion for what he does on the job is obvious to the eyes and the senses. Keep up the good work!

I was very happy that Robert was my realtor. The house sold in less that 2 weeks due to his energy and actions to insure everything was complete. It was a very nice experience.
