Seller reviewWe had purchased a wheelchair ramp from Rich Miller a few years ago when our mother was in need of that assistance. He was fair, honest and helpful when we bought the ramp from him and we expected that he would exhibit those same qualities when we found that we needed a realtor---and we were right. Rich pursued potential buyers and, on our behalf, proposed some counter offers that he cleared with us first. He was very helpful with the city point of sale inspection. He always kept us posted in a timely manner with offers/feedback from potential buyers. He was great from start to finish. Our main goal was to have the house sold before winter and the holiday season and Rich helped us achieve that goal. At our first meeting with Rich, he brought a file of research he had done about the sale prices of comparable homes in our neighborhood. We were very impressed with the preparation he had done even before we officially contracted with him to act as our realtor. He knew his stuff and he knew our neighborhood. He instilled great confidence from the start. Rich Miller is an outstanding realtor. We would highly recommend him with any real estate needs.

When negotiating my purchase he walked us through an extremely difficult situation and kept me updated during the entire process. He did an EXCELLENT job with a difficult seller and situation, to which I could not be more grateful. I wouldn't be in my new home if it wasn't for his hard work.

Seller reviewMy first experience with Richard Miller was in 2008 when he sold a four-unit rental property in Lakewood. He did a great job under less-than-desirable circumstances and was the consummate professional. My second experience was the sale of rental property in Cleveland Heights. Rich worked very hard to show the property and secured an offer that was closed smoothly. Just as my prior experience with Rich, I found him to be very professional as well as patient throughout the entire process.
