Richard Davis did a phenomenal job. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I met Richard a few days prior to listing the home and he was aware I lived in Florida and was selling my B-I-L home in Creal Springs. He went above and beyond in handling this sale from meeting with contractors and various Companies to get the home ready for sale. He is very accessible and constantly kept me abreast of developments. I respect Richard and appreciate all his hard work. My overall experience was terrific all due to Richard Davis

Richard (Rich) is truly exceptional. We met him when we were searching for a home in Carbondale in the fall of 2022. We were impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. It was a no-brainer for us to work with Rich since we were set on buying in a nice neighborhood in Makanda and I'm so thankful I did. Rich was always available for home tours. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn't pick up, he always calls back very soon. Once we found the right place, he strategically got us the place within 2 days of it being on the market with a preemptive offer! He highlighted the concerns he had about the home and the research he wanted to do to make sure progress was being made and we wouldn't have to wait for a long time to move in. We also realized that Rich also truly understands how to sell houses and what repairs are necessary before someone lists them for sale. He made the process incredibly easy and his thorough knowledge, not only of general real estate but of the local and national market made it a great pleasure throughout the whole process. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about the pros, cons, and strategies for moving forward. He really treats the situation like he's buying the property – he has your best interests in mind. Their cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence he would get the job done – and he did! He's the best realtor with a great team around him.

I do not live in the area so had no knowledge of of what realtors in the area. I went on the recommendations of friends in the area where house was being sold. Great recommendation and happy we went with Rich @ Century 21.

Rich Davis and Kim Harris did an amazing job assisting me in the sale of my mother's residence. Rich was amazing and guided me as to how to stage the house.
