Seller reviewRhonda hosted multiple open houses, printed cards to give to prospective buyers, kept in close communication with us regarding home showings, things we could do to make the house more appealing, and gave us great feedback from all parties that toured the property. Rhonda is extremely knowledgeable and she had so many different ways of showcasing our home and getting potential buyers to come through the property. Rhonda was excellent! Rhonda made sure everything ran smoothly, from home showings, open houses, inspections, negotiations- she kept in close contact and explained everything to us. She is very knowledgeable and she knows the Fremont waterfront area better than anyone! She went above and beyond for us and I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking about listing their home.

Rhonda was an amazingly talented agent both personally and professionally. With the current market being so bizarre and hard to understand, she was easily accessible with prompt replies to our questions and concerns as we went through the process of finding a new home, and selling ours. Rhonda wasn't just your 'agent'. She clearly and genuinely made you part of her family. She was always smiling and excited about her work making it easy to see how much she loved her profession. We were often impressed with how naturally she interacted with our special needs son(autism), he would even start to ask when he would get to see her again on visits! It's safe to say, now that our adventure is over, that we will truly miss seeing her! While we did not meet anyone else in person, I know Rhonda and referenced people at the office. You could tell there was a large team behind her, supporting us when needed with what appeared to be the same family style atmosphere. I had never known how difficult the life style of a Realtor was until I got to see one in action. These people work there butts off 24/7!
