Buyer reviewPrequel: In 50 years with 10 interstate moves both personal and corporate I know what a Realtor should be. Without exception Renee Parnell is the most professional, ethical and invested Realtor I have dealt with. She is detailed oriented, a communicator, with the ability to stay on top of every transaction detail (esp for someone coming from out of state). I do not hesitate in highly recommending her services as a Realtor in the Shoals.

Buyer reviewFrom the first communications with Remee, I felt like she was sincere and eager to help us find a new home. As a first time home buyer, I had plenty of questions for Renee about the entire process, and she was very clear and detailed in her responses and helped solicit a feeling of confidence I otherwise did not have. When touring homes, she also gave insights on things to look for and consider. There was not a single point in the process where I felt like Renee did not care, and I really appreciated that from her. If you need a realtor in the area, you can't do any better than Renee.
