Buyer reviewIn all the purchases over the years which I have made, this transaction was the most complex for many reasons. Renee made everything simplified for me. She was always polite, non judgmental, flexible, considerate, and more importantly, understanding of my needs in my house search. I never felt time was wasted nor did I ever feel rushed by Renee. She had a very thorough understanding of the way things worked and timeline expectations were always clarified as we moved through the process. I was also impressed by the reputation she has built with local community members. Building up your local community as well as building your business without losing that personal touch... Renee is a very friendly, knowledgeable, personable and kind person. I would highly recommend Renee because she goes above and beyond. When we had our first meeting with Renee she took the time to explain the whole process to us and even gave us a print out of what happens from the looking at houses all the way to closing. Seller reviewRenee was tremendous in selling my Mom's 2 family house. She was able to market my Mom's house in one of the poorer sections of Malden. The pictures she took of the 2 family showed the house and property in the very best light possible and I really know something about taking professional photos. She had the foresight to get pictures before this very severe winter. Renee professionalism in dealing with my lawyer kept the lines of communication open,so that my Mom's inability to participate in the sale was never an issue. The price that we got was more that we thought we would get and went quicker. Renee is the best!
