Ray has been a NC resident since 1970 and has recently retired from the Army National Guard where he was a full time Training Officer and Apache Longbow pilot. He has been deployed to combat zones 5 times during his 28 years of service. During those deployments and working full time with the NC National Guard he has learned how to balance many issues at the same time and also knows how to get the job done. These skills are the very similar to what it takes to be successful as your Realtor.
When not assisting clients, Ray enjoys spending time with his wife Kathleen and their 2 sons. He also enjoys wood working and trail riding with his Jeeps.

Seller reviewRay Medlin is a very knowledgeable broker. My sister actually found him on the internet when we decided to sell the property. Ray was very patient with the selling of the property and gave sound advice about the pricing and marketing of the property. I highly recommend Ray as a broker. He is also a wonderful person. This property is in Boone, NC and I live in South Carolina. Ray and I handled everything by phone, text and email. He was very helpful in getting the land surveyed and a "perk" test on the property. My mother passed away just before the land sold, so I had to get the property deeded into my name and then recorded in North Carolina. This was quite a lengthy legal process but he was patient with all the lawyers involved. He also recommended the closing attorney in Boone for us.
