Ray was able to find several places that fit my criteria and continuously updated me on new homes as they came on the market. This was critical as the home I eventually bought was only on the market for a few days! Ray was also very considerate in coming out to show me open houses on short notice. He walked me through all the steps of escrow and answered all my questions. As a first time homebuyer, the process was much less stressful than I expected, mostly thanks to Ray!

Buyer reviewRay helped us to secure a 12-month lease on a stacked flat in Irvine, California. He was extremely helpful, efficient, professional, courteous and friendly. He went out of his way to obtain the best rental price for us and went the extra mile to help us set up our RING doorbell. He was easy to work with and always available regarding updates about the process of concluding our lease agreement. My husband, Steve and I will be using his services for any other real estate needs we have in the future and will recommend him to family and friends. We leased a stacked-flat rather than purchasing one. However, once we do decide to purchase a property we will use Ray Chen to help us find one to buy. We did not receive responses from any of the real estate agents who listed this property for rent. Once we contacted Ray he responded to our inquiry immediately which resulted in the exact property we wanted to lease.
