She kept us informed through every step and made sure that the transaction was completed in a very timely manner. She anticipated our questions and was always a step ahead. She made sure that the agreed-upon repairs were completed, she made sure that the closing went smoothly, and she delivered the keys the following day after funding was complete. Priscilla was extremely professional, provided excellent service, and is a real asset to the Century 21 team. We will definitely call Priscilla for any of our future real estate needs and will strongly recommend her to others.

Seller review, Had not worked with prior, Mrs. Hernandez does an outstanding job,She really cares about her clients and does not stop until you are satisfied. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand. My husband and I has never had anyone to go above and beyond for us. Mrs . Hernandez went way above our expectations! Buyer reviewMy wife and I were in the market for our first investment property. We reside in Houston but originally from Bryan. Being out of town, we did not know much about the rental market. Priscilla was able to inform us about the rental market in the area and ran a market analysis to ensure we would not be paying to much. Priscilla also was able to identify properties which met our criteria and spent an entire day looking at properties with us. She is always available via phone or text. In addition, Priscilla was essentially the hub of communications between the us, the sellers, lenders, insurance, inspectors, etc. I travel frequently for work and finding time to get things scheduled can prove difficult sometimes. Priscilla stepped in and was able to assist with scheduling of inspections, appraisal, and survey. Without Priscilla, the process would not have been as smooth and we would not have closed on-time. I would highly recommend Priscilla to any of my friends or family.
