We met Pierre a year ago and look at some houses although we didn't make any offers I knew he was someone we could work with. He was kind, very knowledgeable, he had a history with the area and was a true professional. When a house came on the market this year Pierre was our first call. Pierre is a hard worker and takes care of all the details to make the transaction as easy and troublefree as possible. He is also extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. This was a unique and somewhat difficult to sell property. The realtor continued to work and found an interested party for us even after we had decided to take it off the market. This will be the 5th property we have bought or sold using PJ--with another currently under contract.
