Seller reviewPaul Gordon explained the short amount of time to sell recent houses. Kathy Gordon estimated the value just as the appraiser did. My house was sold in one day which surprised me. I was told everything to expect and everything I was told actually was factual. The surprises I had were; the value of my house, the quickness of the sale, the ease of what I had to do; the fact that everything happened exactly as I was told it would. In my opinion nothing about this transaction could have been better.
