Seller reviewPaul did a phenomenal job in helping me sell my father's house. He knew the area and market very well and knew what needed to be done to sell, and sell quickly. He was always there to help in any way he could which I needed since I live out of state. I don't think the house would've sold as quickly and for full asking price if it wasn't for Paul and all his hard work.

Even though I have to delay working for them to continue my goals with a "steady" income (need to have a normal job for now), I plan on continuing to be apart of Century 21 for the foreseeable future. The purchase went very smooth up until closing, where things got a little hectic but Paul did a great job keeping everything together. Hard to get a lender moving! Paul did it again. This is the second house purchased with him and he kept me moving forward and made the transaction as smooth as he possibly could. No one could do it better! He is apart of my A team and will be using him again next time. If you want straight, honest answers and opinions, that knows what he is talking about, this is the agent for you. Century 21 Realty Services has a great team. I work with Paul Bahn with all of my purchases but I know there is always support if the answers aren't there.
