Buyer reviewAfter meeting with Patricia Toups about a house 2.5 years ago, she stayed "on retainer" with us while we looked through several dozen homes. She also sent several houses our way to review. When we were ready to pull the trigger, Ms. Pat stuck by us as we had to change contractors, jumped from bank to bank as aspects of the loan changed, and when we required lenders that could provide those extra services. Ms. Pat was very helpful in navigating us through the things that needed to be handled right away, and what could be left til a day or two later, to save me stress. She is the consummate professional, and I wouldn't have preferred anyone walking us through this process.

Buyer reviewmiss Patricia Toups would call us as soon as we needed to put in a new bid even on sat or Sunday. if the price changed on any of our properties she would also notify us. miss pat did not have a problem putting in a low bid for us. miss pat would set up appointments for us on multiple properties in the same day and go back to show us the same house on multiple occasions
