Seller reviewI chose Patti Helmer based on a recommendation. I didn't consider any other factors except that she was known by a family member. However, I loved working with her. She knew the area, was professional, went out of her way to help us with everything to get the house ready to go on the market, offered solutions to problems we had, really went above and beyond any expectations I had. I live out of state so I had to depend on phone calls, emails and text messages to stay in touch. She was responsive, kept me abreast of all developments, and was knowledgeable about all aspects of the sale. I would strongly recommend her to anyone.
