My name is Pam Hanaway. I moved to Grass Valley in June 2000. I was drawn to the area because of its small town feel, the kind and friendly people and its beautiful surroundings. I was in retail sales and customer service for over 38 years. I have always had a love for homes. That led me to work with a contractor and an interior designer for several years remodeling and flipping homes, which became a successful side line. After moving to Grass Valley, I became a partner in a local manufactured home dealership in 2005. Because of my love for homes, I became a licensed real estate salesperson and am now enjoying an exciting career with Century 21 Davis Realty, Inc. I enjoy helping clients find the home of their dreams. I strive to provide my clients with honesty, integrity and quality service. I have a genuine concern for my client's needs and my goal is to make their home buying and selling a pleasant experience they will want to share with others. Buyer reviewPam was helpful, friendly, and made sure we were happy and satisfied with the selection out of the homes presented to us. Very thorough with their presentation of each home shown. Would do business with them again. I would restate the previous question. Question should be: How important are the following factors in selecting your borker?

Seller reviewSelling mobile homes can be tricky and she knows her stuff. She sold our home for $40,000 more than I thought was possible. So grateful for her knowledge and contacts to make this dream possible. This had to be the smoothest experience that we've ever had when buying or selling a home! We couldn't have asked for more. Pamela went above and beyond with scheduling not only the inspections, but also finding reliable, economical and quality companies to handle thorough cleaning of our carpets (saving us $3000!), getting a plumber out to strap our water heater after the flooding that happened in the recent storm. We were in a 10 day escrow and she brought it all together in record time. She also worked diligently to help us deal with the majority of the paperwork via the internet since we are temporarily located in Seattle. She was on top of everything necessary so that the short escrow came in on time. Keep up the awesome work Pamela!

Seller reviewI met a lady in the trailer park that knew Pam. I mentioned that I had to sell my deceased father's mobile home. She suggested Pam as an agent that would work hard for her client and get a good sale price. We were originally going to use a sales agent affiliated with the Forrest Springs Mobile Home Community. The agent affiliated with the mobile home park valued the mobile home at $71,000 minus any repair costs. and to expect it to be on the market for about 3 months. Pam set the sales price at $86,000 and the sale was closed in less than a month. I do not know all of the marketing techniques that Pam used. I can only say that the sale was quick and easy from my standpoint. She did what she said and made everything happen. She was very good in all aspects. Very easy to deal with. Very open and up front.

Seller reviewPam Hanaway (& team partner Jon) not only met our expectations, developed after many property buys and sells over 50 years, but significantly exceeded them. She represented us in activities we could not do, being travel bound in FL. She oversaw everything imaginable including clean up, repairs, sale of personal goods and monitoring work done. We are so grateful. We can never thank her enough! Pam got back to us as soon as she got a communication or when others were involved, as soon as she got information we needed. Jon was over and above particularly in handling concerns on repair issues needed to make the home right for sale! Can't say more....
