Buyer reviewPam Earnest helped us sell our home in 2015 when we were moving out of the area. She knocked it out of the park. When it came time to return, we wouldn't consider anyone other than Pam to help us locate and purchase a new home. Pam is a very hard worker and a dedicated agent. She was available any time we needed her. Pam is tremendously customer-oriented and worked to not only show a sense of urgency, but also to maintain a relaxed atmosphere where we didn't feel pressured to make any decisions too quickly. She attended open houses on our behalf and would report back her opinions based on our list of likes and dislikes. We really grew to trust her gut instincts and judgement. We ended up with an amazing home and she continues to stay engaged weeks after closing.

Seller reviewBest decision I made in this process was hiring Pam Earnest - it made all the rest a LOT easier than it could have been. I needed to really depend on somebody from months before listing to the week after the sale was complete (when I was out of state) and she absolutely exceeded some very big and very specific demands when I needed to focus my attentions elsewhere. It's amazing what she achieved in such a short time! Every product used was first class - pictures, video, handout. Hosted open houses with amazing signage - and sold the house to someone who wasn't even actively looking! Excellent quality in every aspect! My VERY high expectations were truly met and exceeded across the board. Very effectively (and at my request) shielded me from a lot of "nonsense" so that I did not have to deal with it during a very trying time. Also worked with me VERY thoroughly throughout the process of preparing the house for sale - repairs, staging recommendations, general sales prep. Top notch service from beginning to end!
