Definitely cares about her customers and is always there and in the moment focusing on your situation and not ever distracted with other calls or overlapping commitments. Trustworthy and great local knowlege. Absolutely I will recommend her to my friends. Every purchase it seems develops a life of its own with usually some unique challenges. She has a can do, but realistic attitude and we were able to work with all parties effectively. Also has good local contacts for work a person may need done on their new home.
