Our agent went to school with my daughter who in fact referred us directly to Nick the company he works for wasn't a consideration. Nick is family to us, he handled our sale like I'm sure he would for his own parents. I have no doubt he treats all of his clients with the same respect and work ethics. Nick was wonderful, we met and discussed a plan of action to which I agreed to. From that point Nick did the rest. We didn't have to worry about anything else, we just allowed Nick to do his job. Nick did it all, from the time he listed the property on a Friday afternoon to the following Sunday when he held an open house he showed the home to over 40 prospected buyers. Out of the lot we received 4 serious offers. Following negotiations we agreed to a sale in an amount $12,000.00 over the listed price. the best of it was that Nick did it all.

Being a first-time home buyer there's a lot that you don't know or understand everyone I dealt with was understanding and able to explain things so you would understand it it was a really good experience First experience buying a home and it was easier than I ever anticipated I found buying a car is harder this was very nice experience and I would recommend them to anyone

We had previous history dealing with Nick and he was always cordial and responsive. Nick was always available to show us properties that were out of his territory. He would always research on the property and community prior to viewing the homes. Nick always came prepared. We would recommend Nick Cardenas because he is professional and is in constant contact with you, the lender and the sellers agent. He does his homework on the property and the area to get you the best deal. He is pleasant to work with and follow ups immediately. We call him "Nick the Quick" because he responds quickly to questions and requests.
