When we had to find a new home, it was not 100% by choice. We knew we could not stay in our current home forever; it was a fixer-upper beyond the scope of what we were capable of handling and we needed a new home that was baby-friendly and FAST. We began searching for a realtor/agent to sell our current house as well as a new place to call home, somewhere nearby but without so many problems. We had spoken to several other agents, had been given the runaround by others, and couldn't find anyone we could trust. We quite by chance found what would become our new home, and, as our ultimate sheer-struck-by-lightning-luck would have it, found Natalie White and Century 21 Masters, the selling agent of our dream home! Natalie happened to be the agent showing the house that would become our home. We approached her while she happened to be showing it to someone else; we fell in love with the place immediately and after talking to Natalie for 20 minutes we were convinced she could do the right thing by us and not only get us into our new dream home as our buyer's agent but also sell our current house quickly and for a competitive price as our seller's agent. Believe me: Natalie knows what she is doing. She had our current house sold in SIX DAYS and ABOVE our asking price. Even with a total scare related to COVID (our first buyer got sick and backed out) she kept us calm through the storm and had our house sold and secured to the second buyer within 48 hours. She worked TIRELESSLY with incredibly difficult agents (those of the buyers of our old house) to ensure without fail that the purchase of our old house went through. She worked endlessly to ensure that the sellers of our new home stayed satisfied through a tumultuous time so that we didn't lose our new dream home. Change after change, difficulty after difficulty, hardship after hardship, Natalie was ALWAYS AND WITHOUT FAIL THERE FOR US. This was NOT an easy pair of transactions. We had a LOT of late nights on the phone together, a LOT of back-and-forth addendums, and a LOT of "Holy CRAP, I can't BELIEVE THAT!!!"s. And when it got REALLY tough, she knew when to get help from her broker and even her president! I can guarantee a lesser agent would have given up. But Natalie -NEVER DID-. I will never, as long as I live, forget the evening she called me to tell me the good news. I was packing some things on the balcony of my old house when she called and said, "congratulations, we just got confirmation from County, your name has been recorded and you are now officially the owner of your new house!" I had to grab the rail so I wouldn't fall; I definitely waivered a bit and I couldn't help but cry. We had done it; finally after all that, she had gotten my family into our dream home. And she didn't stop there either. Little things; home warranty issues, tax base transfers, heck even tracking down mail box keys, Natalie has continued to be there for us. She turned out to be more than a real estate agent; she became a trusted friend and member of our family as a result of this process. I know and my family knows (we have discussed this a dozen times) that this would have been impossible without Natalie. For SURE a lesser agent would have given up and just said "yeah, it didn't work out, let's just find a different buyer, a different house." But Natalie didn't. Natalie stayed with us and helped us achieve something that honestly felt impossible and even now doesn't quite feel real. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you have done Natalie!!! We don't know how we got so lucky!!!!!!
