Buyer reviewIf you are interested in an agent that will allow a choosy buyer to wait on the market and pricing, then Muffy is the best agent you can hope for. We took roughly a year to buy a home in a tough Carlsbad market, higher cost of living. Muffy steadily sent us properties to view and viewed them with us. She was very patient and understanding of our needs. When we entered into negotiating and closing she was a strong advocate for my wife and I. This led us to being extremely happy with our home purchase price. Thank you Muffy!!!

Seller reviewMy brother died and I was left to sell his house. Muffy Gonzalez worked hard to make sure that the information she asked for and gave me was correct. She was diligent about keeping me and the buyers in loop on the progress that was made all the way through. I would recommend her to anyone that needs to sell a property but if you have a complicated sell she is absolutely your best choice!
