Seller reviewMonique Fountaine is an excellent agent. Selling my house was due to my husband getting relocated for his job. We had to choose between 2 different brokers per the relocation rules. Of the two, Monique far surpassed the other agent in her knowledge, success and personality. As my husband had to move ahead of me, she helped take care of all my needs, answered any questions I had, and kept me calm during a crazy time. She always checked on me during the entire process. She always looked out for our best interest. We were very lucky to have Monique as a agent. She always looked out for us and because of her and her efforts, we sold our house quickly. She is a great agent and I would recommend her to anyone.

Extremely proactive, by updating me from starting of the sales through the closing process. I have dealt with realtors in the past who you don't hear back from once the sale is pending.
