She was referred by a co-worker who said she was a top seller and also that she was a very nice person, which is important to me. She was very helpful with staging the house and was always available by phone when we had a question. She kept us updated on what was happening with the inspections as well as keeping us in the loop with our lawyer and the buyer's attorney. Selling or buying a house is very stressful, and Monica and Liz Hughes went above and beyond by handling all the "behind the scenes" stuff so we could concentrate on cleaning and packing.
