It wasn't a huge sale but Mike treated me like I was a million dollar client. This was a wonderful experience, he made it as painless as possible and sold my home in 4 days! Seller reviewWe considered a broker closer to our area but realized it was more important to have someone with the knowledge, expertise and negotiation skills Mike has. Mike's advice through the entire process was so helpful. His negotiations with the buyer's realtor were key to closing the deal. His handling of all of the other pieces and parts to the sale made the experience stress free! Mike is extremely knowledgeable but was very patient with all of our questions. He understood the difficulty of selling our home after 29 years and was kind through the process. We felt we could contact him anytime and receive a timely response.
