Personal Profile
Michele is a full-time real estate agent that has lived in Maryland all her life. Michele helps people relocate, be it around the corner or around the world. She loves helping buyers negotiate theirperfect home and helping sellers make the most from the sale of their home. She has experience with short sales and bank-owned properties. I started my career in real estate at a young age when I began working with my father, a VA appraiser. I became a licensed real estate agent in the early 90's and later went in the mortgage business as a mortgage processor and originator. When I decided to return to real estate in 2006 I knew I had found my niche, and felt confident that my experience in all areas of the real estate business would be an asset to me as I service my clients. Today, I strive to pass along my knowledge and experience in real estate, appraisals, and mortgage loans to my clients as I assist them in buying and selling. On a personal note, I am a soccer/basketball mom with a teenage daughter. I am married and we live in our cozy home I rehabbed in Edgewater, MD. I love cooking, visiting my family in OC, dining out (probably too much), watching the Redskins and kayaking. Real estate isn't my job, it is my business, and I devote myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during and after each transaction.

Buyer reviewMichele Hagan did a great job in handling the purchase of our home. She is very friendly and easily reachable. She kept us on track during the purchase and stressful settlement of our home in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. Michele took responsibility for following personal safety protocols without us even asking and even in the early days of the pandemic. She brought masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer with her to show us the house we ended up purchasing. She provided the necessary professional referrals we needed to have the inspections we required done in a timely fashion. Michele is a hard worker. Our sellers loved working with her so much that they regretted using another agent for their listing. She facilitated not only the business side of the transaction but also the human side as well. We would highly recommend Michele Hagan.

Her feedback on staging and pricing the house so it would sell within the timeframe we needed was professional and merited, and if we wanted to do anything that wasn't coinciding with her professional opinion, she would respect those decisions as well (but she's always right). Michele went above and beyond throughout the sales process by working during hours that work best for us, answering the phone when we call her and even, at one point, by offering to come help us with landscaping to improve curb appeal. I would suggest Michele to anyone and use her again if we are to ever put another house on the market!
