When he tours the home, he will tell you his concerns about the home, such as cracks on the floors/pavements, hard to open doors(potential foundation issues, water stains and potential water damages. The list goes on, on how helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy Mike is, and I can't express enough how lucky we feel to have been introduced to him, and getting him as our agent.
