I have worked with many realtors over the years and Mike is in a different category. I would call him a Realty CONSULTANT. Where do I begin...from our first phone call (we are out of state) he is warm, knowledgeable, flexible, proactive, responsive, and truly consultative. One of the great strengths he possesses that most realtors do not is he LISTENS and then ADDS TREMENDOUS VALUE immediately. I called him 'boots' on the ground which we needed desperately and he always called, texted, and emailed us in a timely manner. The cadence was perfect. Our work together was such a positive experience that I would not only highly recommend him, but I would also be glad to speak to any potential buyer/seller who is 'shopping' for a PARTNER for their next real estate transaction. Mike, please be our forever friends when we head down to Paradise! He is so beyond this scale :) I loved that I only dealt with Mike. It only strengthened the relationship and the transaction.

We were so impressed with Mike Saur as our broker for purchasing a condo, it didn't cross our minds to consider any other broker in selling our old condo. Mike is a quality person all around. We found him to be completely trustworthy, patient, and respectful of all. His communication was nearly instant every time. We were never waiting on Mike for anything! He priced our condo well above what we anticipated, and had it sold in under a week. He helped us navigate 4 simultaneous offers, preparing a detailed spreadsheet of all the variables. He politely communicated with the other realtors and secured a better deal for us. The realtors on the other side, both when we were purchasing and when we were selling, were less than adequate, causing Mike to do much of work for their side of the deal as well. Their under performance served to further highlight how exceptional Mike's work is. Mike didn't hesitate to step in to help do much of their part of the transaction as well, so the deal could progress smoothly and quickly. He was a joy to work with on all aspects of the job, and we would recommend him without hesitation.
