Seller reviewOur unique property proved to be a difficult sale. Listed the year before, we had a price adjustment, then it went under agreement, and back on the market. We decided to pull it off the market after a few months. We listed with Mike over the summer, and within 2 weeks it was under agreement. We negotiated throughout the sale, and both parties closed happily.
