Seller reviewWe just sold our home in Lynchburg, VA and had the pleasure to work with Melissa Murdock of All-Service Century 21. She made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be. Melissa really listened to us, cares passionately about her job, and her calming manner worked wonders for us. Motivated to sell and move, wanted to avoid the entire negotiating process, Melissa helped us set a great price (in this case well above a recent appriasal), showed 11 times in 3 days and had 3 full price offers - we took the all cash offer - Horah! Melissa took care of all the details of minor repairs addendum, some extra sale items addendum, and all coordination with the title company before actual closing - needless to say - FULL, COMPREHENSIVE, UBER-PROFESSIONAL service. We moved 17 times for 32 years of military service and she is head and shoulders above every other agent we every worked with. A huge thanks to Melissa.
