Buyer reviewI truely can't say enough about Melissa, and all she did to help us through this purchase!! We had many challenges with the sellers...and she was always caring and concerned about what was fair to us as the buyers. No matter when I emailed or texted her, she always got back to me quickly!!! We even had an issue that interferred with an evening out with her husband, and she still took the time to help me deal with it!!! She certainly went above and beyond that night!! I felt like we were dealing with a "friend" that really cared about us, and helping us to get our Florida home! I will highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home! I can't thank her enough for helping to make our dream of buying our Florida home a reality!!

We started working with her right from the beginning and she never made us feel rushed into any home sale. We visited 3 times before we finally found our Florida home. Melissa was so patient with us and we never felt like we were wasting her time like some realtors make you feel. We were so happy with her, and I will make sure if any family or friends plan to move in the future, I will direct them to Melissa. She's one of a kind!

Her hard work saved us from a number of unnecessary long trips from Florida's east coast by scouting homes that, when she examined them, new they didn't fit our needs. For instance, she would alert us to repairs or updates that would be needed.
