I relocated to NWLA in 2007 from Michigan. Before deciding to move to the area, I researched for a few months regarding cost of living, things to do in Shreveport and the typical weather. I've been a real estate agent since 2017 and one of my areas of specialty is helping other people relocate to the area, just like I did. Did not try and push the budget that I gave her and only showed me homes that I would be able to comfortably afford. Was constantly researching comparable homes to make sure offers were fair for both parties. She's the perfect balance of friendly, professional and treats you like family.
