Selling a house and building a house at the same time, while working full time in a new position has to be one of more stressful things I have ever done in my life. I cannot imagine having gone through it without Megan. She has a great sense of humor which is extremely important just to survive this process. Her patience, knowledge, attention to detail, follow-through, honestly, she could not have been more perfect! I have visited open houses on Sunday's for about two years and met a lot of very nice Realtors but cannot think of anyone I would have rather gone through this process with than Megan. I highly recommend choosing Megan if you are considering selling or purchasing a home.

We were looking from out of state and she made time for us when we could be in the area, had a good number of houses to tour so as not to waste our time and quickly picked up on what we were looking for. She took the worry out of buying a house so far away and for that I am very grateful. I would recommend her to anyone!
