A Michigan native, Meg grew up vacationing in Traverse City before moving here full-time after living abroad. We even transformed our old fireplace with spending very little. Pretty bedding and cemetery with lamps really made a difference in the look of our home. Stressing how important a clutter free, simple clean look would help the overall impression of buyers. I give Meg the credit for getting more for our home than asking price.
