I was born in New Hampshire and moved to Yucaipa in 1990. That was also the year I got married. We now have two children, Alex and Rachel. Living in Yucaipa is truly a blessing, and I cannot think of a better place to raise a family. I started in real estate in 2001 and have been going strong ever since. I have consistently exceeded the super achiever goals set by management and was one of the top ten producers in my office in 2004. I plan to do it again and again! Seller reviewAs a seller living out of town, Mary Marino was more than just a realtor for me. She handled everything needed to prepare my house for sale. She went above and beyond, handling removal of maintenance items I'd left behind (the house had become a rental), and repairs. She arranged to have the door jambs marked with my kids growth cut out and sent to me. She always said "I'll take care of it" - and it was so! I had know for years that when it was time to sell I was going to ask her to be my agent. She had provided flyers on sales and homes for sale in our neighborhood for what seems like the past 15-20 years. She was handing out those flyers about 3 years ago when I was working out front. I felt she had the best working knowledge of my property and realistic ideas of what it could sell for. After meeting her there was no other agent I was going to choose. As a remote seller with a three-hour time change, Mary Marino made an incredibly stressful process totally painless. I highly recommend her!
