Seller reviewMary had a marketing plan ready at our first meeting. She had a very clear vision for the process. Our house was on the market less than 28 hours before we had multiple offers at full price. Mary told us this would be the case and she was exactly correct. Mary took time during her family vacation to make sure negotiations were completed. This was made more difficult by the fact that we were on vacation at the same time. Mary made sure we had the benefit of her insight, offered her opinion when asked and kept communication going between all parties. Mary Barakat is a SUPER AGENT. She should sign the letter "SA" after her name. She had a plan in place, executed it as outlined and completed the process in an amazingly brief period of time. If you need an agent that can make things happen on the sale of your home you need Mary Barakat.
