Seller reviewI had met Mary Ann when a relative was considering selling a property. I was very impressed by her knowledge, professionalism and plan to sell the property, but what sold me on using her as my realtor was her genuine caring for the people she was planning to represent. Mary Ann is available to her clients and makes a concerted effort to make the sale as painless as possible. Her suggestions for staging your home help show your home at it's best (and may even help you get into a down-sizing, de-cluttering mode for good!).
