Marty surpassed all our expectations! My husband and I sold two other properties in the past and we both had horrible experiences with the realtors that sold those properties. My husband and I each had our own home before we got married so when we bought the house that we're currently living in, we sold my home and then we eventually sold his. We both swore that we were going to not only NEVER use those realtors again but we were going to be so picky about who we were going to use going forward. Marty not only made us feel comfortable with his expertise about the market, but he LISTENED TO US!! He didn't try to overpower us and he really took the time to understand what was important to us. Marty Hill went above and beyond to make sure my listing got attention- used professional photos for the listing, spoke with neighbors, and had a welcoming and inviting personality to anyone showing interest. He made himself available whenever I needed him, and made it as low stress as possible! Marty has a great reputation and had won several awards. He's been totally crushing it since he got started!
