Martha was absolutely awesome and took care of us from the start. She had an incredilbe knack for anticipating our needs, had great knowledge of the area, a ton of patience with all of my questions, and ultimately helped us neogitate a much better outcome than we expected to get. Her experience and savvy also helped us navigate all of the common pitfals of the stressful house buying process, and she made the whole proceeding so much easier to deal with. Hell- she even dealt with both of our parents who joined in on certain visits! If I ever decide to buy another house in the area, Martha will be the only person I will call!

I remember the first day I spoke with her, she said " Go ahead and save my number under Martha Larsen Best Realtor Around" and let me tell you, she lived up to the name. She is very knowledgeable of the area and her profession, she listened to our wants and needs and found the perfect home for us truly. She is very personable and became more like a friend throughout the process. I will give her name out in the future when anyone I know is looking to buy around here!
