Maria Morgan was very knowledgeable about everything we asked her about the house and closing if their was something she didn't know she found it out and got back to us very quickly Maria Morgan was amazing in all aspects throughout the whole process of looking for the house talking with the other agent , paperwork, closing on the house just trusted her completely to lookout for our best interest Maria Morgan made it a easy and enjoyable experience throughout the whole process and would recommend this group to anyone looking to buy or sell a house Maria Morgan was great in recommending people to do the house inspection also in scheduling times and dates to look at houses as well as communicating with other agents during the whole closing and price negotiations she also made the closing super easy to understand and clarified everything her attention to detail in what we were looking for as well knowledge of the properties we looked and the one we settled on Maria did a great job in understanding the location we wanted and our requirements for the house we were after she was very understanding and patient with us in finding the perfect home for us I would recommend her for someone looking to buy a house or someone looking to sell their home
