Maria and I have known each other for over 18 years, she sold me my 2nd house then and has since sold my daughters house 2 times. I didn't even consider another realtor. Previous relationships with people play a huge role in in my life. I do business with people who I know and trust. I sold my home to my daughter and probably could have figured out how to do it without a realtor but Maria was super helpful. The only thing I was upset by was the fact that I sold my house and then bought a house with my fiancé and my equity check from the title company was made out to both of us.

Maria was assigned to me (to my delight!) as the listing agent needed someone else to show the property. The listing agent chose Maria for her knowledge of the area. I have not sold anything yet but will be using Maria to list my property when the time is right Maria was wonderful to work with and I would use her again and recommend her to others. She went above and beyond by showing me the area that I purchased my house in and explaining the historical aspects. I truly felt as though she had my best interests at heart.
