Maria Charca is an awesome and knowledgable realtor. I put all my trust in Maria and she did not disappoint. She knew exactly how to market and price my home to ensure I got the highest dollar. She was able to generate 18 offers within the first weekend of being on the market. Maria was able to create a bidding war to drive up the final sales price. She kept me well informed of all details throughout the entire process so I never had to worry about anything. Maria was able to get my house into escrow at well over the asking price and was also able to negotiate an "as-is" sale and a free rent back for me also since I had to find another home. I highly recommend using Maria for your realtor and you will be happy you did.

From day one I had total confidence in Maria Charca. I have never had to sell a home before so it was all very overwhelming. Maria Charca answered all my questions thoroughly and included explanations for every step she was taking so that I understood what was happening. I followed all the advice that she gave me as far as depersonalizing, staging, open house, etc., and we received offers within days after our first open house over the asking price, and this was AFTER the period of time when interest rates were low and homes were selling as soon as they hit the market. I absolutely feel that it was because of how Maria guided us that it sold so quickly. As in a lot of sales, we did have a ball drop during the sale, and I know without a doubt that because Maria went above and beyond what any other realtor would do by coming up with a Plan B and making numerous phone calls, emails, more phone calls, more emails in an effort to resolve the issue quickly, including her ability to communicate with the buyers' realtor to placate any concerns they had, because of all of that we were able to save the sale from falling apart. As a homeowner, of course I too was very concerned about losing the sale, and Maria always answered my many phone calls right away to reassure me that everything would work out, and she was absolutely right. It is very apparent that Maria loves her job and wants the best for all her clients and will work diligently to make sure that happens. She enjoys a challenge, and in real estate that characteristic is necessary and is very apparent in how she handles whatever is thrown at her with confidence and always with a smile.
