We used Maria in the sale of our condo in June 2016. As we appreciated her attention to us in that process, using her services for the purchase of our next home was logical. As I'm sure all are aware, the market is ridiculous! I feel for both buyers and their agents. You have by deepest sympathy! We certainly felt the anxiety, and rode the wave of a super-competitive market for many months. Even being strong buyers with all our financial ducks in a row, flexibility in Closing, a nice introduction letter, and going WAY over asking just to sweeten the deal (our personal choice), we still lost several bids. Maria worked tirelessly for us during this process. She was in constant contact with us and was always available to answer any manner of question. She took time out of her day, even on a holiday, to show us homes when our own work schedules didn't not allow for us to attend weekend open houses. Maria was a great advocate for us in dealing with other brokers and was sure to keep us in the loop of her process with them. Maria not only has a firm knowledge of the communities that she serves, but is also a seasoned agent who has a solid understanding on the real estate process. Additionally, Maria was always very kind, positive, patient, and encouraging when a lost bid (for which there were a few), led us to dispare and become discouraged. Instead, she supported us in keeping our eye on the prize, and reminded us that 'our home' would come. It would take six months for us to find our home and get an accepted offer. Maria was wonderful in supporting us through the process as there was some back and forth with the seller and their agent. In the end, due to Maria's energy, we got the home for under asking (who would have thought), the seller corrected some significant issues, and the home appraised for more then what we paid! Go, Maria!!!! Closing was a perfect representation of how I would hope all processes would go. It was positive with hugs being exchanged by all. We are eternally appreciative of Maria's attention and advocacy for us. We love our Lynnfield home, and look forward to starting our family within its welcoming walls!! As I said, Maria is a professional. making sure of her facts about the property before presenting them. She answered questions for people clearly and easily. Her trips back and forth the management company aided greatly toward making the signing quick and easy. I enjoyed her company both professionally and personally.

We chose to work w/ Maria Cappadona for several reasons. One in particular was that she was a local girl and knew the market, our building, and the city well. In addition, Maria has a presence in the community and my husband runs into her every where while out and about. We interviewed Maria in our home. Maria's experience in sales was important, but equally as important to us was her strength of character, and her ability connect with us as first time sellers. Maria was very easy to work with. She was always available when a question arose or clarification was needed. (Both occurred often. Poor Maria!). This was our first home selling experience and the complex process was unchartered territory for us. Her patience and guidance were greatly appreciated!! Maria suggested that we consider a few manageable updates that could be pleasing to buyers. She was absolutely right! The updates make the place shine and they paid off, literally! Maria was very savvy in handling all aspects in a very detailed and thorough manner. We would absolutely recommend Maria. She is presently supporting us as our buyers agent!
