Seller reviewI have dealt with Marguerita Andrews in the past and have had excellent service. This time was no exception. What stood out to me was how she kept in close contact with me regarding each step in the selling process. She also carefully explained all the sales documents to make sure I understood what I was being asked to sign and/or fill out. In addition, her suggestions on how to prepare the house for sale were invaluable. She pointed out quite a few things that I had not considered, which I'm sure were instrumental in us getting the highest price possible for the house.

Buyer reviewBefore purchasing my home, I was living in a two bedroom apartment with my three daughters. My father passed away unexpectedly, leaving my mother to live alone in a 3 bedroom home that they had been renting. I was tired of renting and dealing with landlords, so I decided to buy a house, not even sure if I would qualify. My good friend and her husband had fairly recently bought a home, and Marguerita was their agent. So I figured, why not, let me try. Marguerita was a God send. I was buying in an area that she normally did not work in, but Marguerita went above and beyond to help me purchase my first home. Before I bought the home that I reside in, I was actually in escrow with another home. That deal did not work out, which resulted in me going to court, and Marguerita was there every step of the way. Even though it was not required, Marguerita went to court with me, and made sure I had all necessary documentation to present. Because of her help, the judgement was awarded in my favor. I am so thankful for Marguerita.
