I worked with Mandy several years ago on the purchase of a home in Culpeper. I didn't even consider another realtor when I decided to purchase in the Lake Anna area. I knew Mandy to be knowledgeable and diligent on behalf of her client. She works hard day and night as I have received numerous emails from her early in the morning or later in the evening. Mandy does what it takes to help her clients make the smartest decisions. I totally feel she has the client's best interest in mind-- not her own (This is a refreshing outlook). I will be selling my property in Culpeper soon and again-- I would not consider listing with any other agent than Mandy Brown. She suggested asking for closing costs which the seller agreed to, and she got me a home warranty included in the deal. There was a septic/drainfield issue with the property, and Mandy had to work extra hours to see that the issue was resolved before the home went to closing.
