The house we sold was my mothers. None of us had any experience selling a house. There were some areas where we didn't know things, usually we just asked. I'm not sure that Maggie understood our level of ignorance. I'm sure she thought we knew more than we did. Any issue we had was quickly resolved. Maggie was very connected to the negotiation about the house. She saved us several thousand dollars by advising us to do certain things in the price negotiation. She also brought in more money for the house by suggesting some minor things we could do to improve the buyers perceptions of the house. Maggie is very knowledgeable about properties and other agents selling style.

Maggie Juris was the listing agent of a house we looked at in the Lodi area about six years ago. While we didn't end up selecting that house, we knew immediately that we wanted to continue working with Maggie. She was wonderful from the start - patient, diligent, thoughtful, insightful and always had a great sense of humor. We honestly didn't consider going with anyone else when we decided to list our house for sale.
