Buyer reviewMadison was fantastic throughout the whole process and assisted us with putting in multiple offers before our final purchase. A friend referred her to us after their great experience and we loved working with her. As first time home buyers we weren't sure what to expect with the process, and she walked us through everything we needed to do. Her knowledge of the Bis-Man area was great for us being new to the area, and she guided us towards homes and neighborhoods that fit our wishlist. She had timely responses to even after hour texts and really made the process of our first home purchase as easy as it could be! Madison far exceeded any expectations we had for our realtor, and we would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase in the area!

Buyer reviewIn addition to all my comments above, I was to reiterate how great Madison is. Aside from being personable, kind, and respectful, she is motivated, prompt, and hard working. I know that if I were to have a question about a property we bought three months down the line I could call her up and ask and would get an answer about whatever I needed. I've never felt pressured to make a decision about a property, nor have I ever felt bad about reaching out to Madison and asking her to show me 30+ houses. Even when I couldn't be flexible, she was flexible for me. I can confidentially say that for every property we would ever buy or sell, Madison will be the agent we look to hire and work with. The best thing Century 21 Morrison Realty could do for itself is keep Madison Tholkes around.
