I rented from Lynn Haffner for 3 years. When I first applied for a house through her company, I looked very bad "on paper", but she met with me anyways and listened to my situation. She was honest, forthright and fair. In my 3 years as a renter, I had to call her office a couple of times for maintenance issues and always received prompt service. I would absolutely recommend Lynn as a landlord. She genuinely cares about her tenants well being and wants nothing but the best for them. The few times contractors have had to come to the house to fix something, they have only good things to say about Lynn. That says a lot when the local contractors hold a landlord in high regard!! This is why I chose to also use her as my Realtor when I was finally ready to buy a house. To me, this was a natural progression of our relationship - landlord to realtor. She's amazing!! We had a horrible seller's realtor to deal with and Lynn dealt with him with style and grace. I wouldn't have been as nice. In this most difficult transaction, I always knew she had my back!! I will not ever use another realtor, if I ever need one again!! Thanks for everything Lynn!!

Lynn is the fighter you want in your corner when deals go sideways. She is knowledgeable of the market and has a keen intuition on how to deal with issues that come up. Lynn has a down to earth, common sense approach to real estate. When searching for our home she did a very good job at understanding where we were coming from and what we were looking for in our next home.
