Thank you for being a part of this process with me. I always felt you were approachable and reachable. I greatly appreciated the one on one review of all the documents to ensure I was aware of everything going into the offer agreement. Then the quick responses and fixes toward closing helped ease some of the frustration of how the appraisal went. Absolutely love the dog. Only thing I wish there was more of were updates on the steps between the offer and before closing. Specifically the appraiser going in, but I'm certainly very involved in knowing the whole process. Had a great experience buying our current and previous home with Lynette. Hopefully I won't need a realtor again but if I do I would absolutely work with Lynette again.

After the apartment living became too expensive and no longer convenient for my family, I decided to try to purchase my first home. I felt very overwhelmed and "out of my element" because I hadn't expected to buy a home for another 3 years and I had no clue what I was doing. My partner recommended I turn to Lynette and Cathy since he had a wonderful experience with them previously. I reached out to Lynette and immediate the process started. She helped guide me and explain things to me during the entire process. She understood my needs and never tried to push me to a quick purchase on something that wasn't a good investment. She explained every pro of the homes we looked at and all of the cons. Lynette was always available at any time for my questions, which was great because I do not work typical hours that most people do. She stayed patient as we looked at homes in small towns she hadn't even been to before. All of my concerns about home buying during the start of this, faded away thanks to knowledge and experience. I have nothing but good things to say about Lynette and Cathy... I mean, they helped me find my home... but it's more than that. Lynette is a business woman and this is her career to do these things. However, she was more than just a realtor trying to sell a home. She was a friend. Funny, kind, relatable, trustworthy, patient and intelligent. All while purchasing her own home. She is basically superwoman in the realtor world and I don't think she gets near the credit that she should! My mother was even impressed with Lynette and wished she would have had her as her realtor. I recommend everyone to work with Lynette and Cathy, even if it is your first home and you're unsure. If none of this was enough to sway you to Lynette and Cathy, then I saved the best for last. Her name is Jada Mae. Who wouldn't want to purchase a home along side the cutest and best dressed security pup?! (:
