My wife and I were only able to come (1) week prior to purchasing our home. During that time period, I had asked 'ed Ms. Lydia if she could oversee a lot of issues with the home we were purchasing since we had to go back to California to complete the sale of our other homes. She stepped up said yes, and again she was awesome, she always kept me informed of the process, she readily returned E-mails with questions I had then followed through overlooking to minor repairs that needed to be fixed. She made us feel things would be right when we moved in. she was a God sent for us and words can't express how we truly feel about her. Ms. Lydia was fantastic, it's very difficult to describe because she is so knowledgeable about aspects of home buying that she made us feel very comfortable. I have purchased (4) additional homes in the past but, I would have to say "THIS WAS THE MOST ENJOYABLE HOME PURCHASE WE HAVE MADE," Her personality and attitude are tops. She truly listens to her buyers and does her best to find them what they want. I can say that with knowledge because we own an outstanding home in Texas because of her. I would highly recommend Ms. Lydia to anyone who needed a realtor. Ms. Lydia was very honest and open during or house search, to include seeing for the first time in my 60 plus years a builder cutting a hole in the fence for a tree limb to go through??? That never happened in Hawaii!!! But getting back to the subject. I would just like to say for us meeting Ms. Lydia was more than an awesome real estate agent she is a great friend. Ms. Lydia just continue being you, doing what you do and the "MILLION", dollar club will be yours. You were truly awesome.
