I am so excited to be able to do what I love! With a passion for investing in real property, I obtained my real estate license after completing college. I continued with graduate school, studying business and finance, and thereafter enjoyed a successful 20-year career working in corporate finance. I have taken that love of numbers and intertwined it with my first passion for real estate.

Seller reviewLuba helped us with the purchase of vacant lot late last year and was very helpful and organized and made the transaction simple The sale of our home happened in about 4 days, but the road to closing due to buyer financing issues created a lot of extra work on her part. Her follow up , whether it was phone calls, texts, or emails were always timely and she worked so very hard to help keep us up to date with the lengthy financing problems and delays our buyer encountered. She earned more than her share of the commission as far as we were concerned. Extremely pleased with the level of persistence she evidenced throughout the sale process Again. A pleasure to work with
